The College celebrated its 19th foundation day on the 26th September. The College of Science and Technology was founded in the year 2001 offering only two bachelors degree programmes namely bachelors of engineering in Civil and Electrical . Today the college offers 7 undergraduate programmes and 1 masters programme. The undergraduate programmes include Civil , Electrical , Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Architecture, Geology and Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Masters in Renewable energy is the only masters program currently being offered in the college.
Over the last 19 years the college have produced 1693 graduates (1211 male and 482 female) which comprises of 785 graduates from civil engineering program, 493 from electrical engineering programme, 202 from Electronics and Communication, 182 from IT, 27 from Architecture and 4 from Maters in Renewable energy. Geology and Instrumentation and Control Engineering are the newest programmes introduced in 2019.
